A teacher is playing significant role in the school, some teachers feels frustration and anxiety. It's very easy to manage all the task of all the days but sometimes little things snap you out of it. This is Shumaila Memon a PST BPS 14 as well as a Researcher belongs to Rural area of district and taluka Dadu and I'm going to share my successful experience for three students which are studying in class three. One of them recently handed me a drawing Card with best wishes on the Teachers day, she said your a best teacher. When I was appointed in the village school that school likely to closed school of village but I tried to give my best and best to enhance the students skill, it was not easy to manage multigrade students in single class, when things start to click within students mind and they are finally able to start read write and speak English lesson. I remember when it was my first day at school, that day school not look likes a school but a residency of cows, which I showed in attached pictures. After joining my duty, I paid to someone who has clean the school. Bigning of the job, these children wasn't knowing any letter, they couldn't even sing any pronunciation but I believed on my students that they will learn everything with time and this type of the growth is one of most rewarding experience that a teacher have. I have remember each and everyday moments which I'm spending in the school that motivate me to keep and keeping on. I love to do teaching job and these moments remind me why I keep doing this job.
