I have recently been appointed as a Primary School Teacher (PST) in the village of PHAKA. I am grateful to have been assigned to a respectable and functional school in a remote area.



However, it presents some challenges due to the low level of literacy among parents in the community. Despite this, my colleagues ( Miss Safreena Channa) and I remain committed to our work and are determined to overcome these obstacles.

We make an effort to engage in communication and provide counseling services to students as necessary. This allows us to gain insight into their backgrounds and adjust our approaches accordingly when deemed necessary.



At the beginning of the new session, it became apparent that both the students and the classroom were in need of significant improvements in terms of cleanliness, behavior, and study habits. My colleague, Miss Safreena Channa, and I worked diligently to meet these requirements. We are pleased to report that over time, we have observed positive changes in both student behavior and study patterns. Additionally, we have implemented life skill sessions to equip our students with valuable skills that will benefit them throughout their lives.

Over time, we have observed a significant transformation in the behavior of our students. Those who were once introverted and unengaged are now confidently expressing themselves. The classroom environment has become more dynamic and full of life. Not only have our students learned about personal hygiene, but they have also gained an understanding of the significance of maintaining a clean environment. They are now more knowledgeable about various topics that are essential for children their age to comprehend.

I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional team I have the privilege of being a part of. I am truly fortunate to have such a robust support system in my school, which consistently fosters a conducive environment that encourages our growth and success.



This platform is about effective teaching learning in any form. So, I have done extensive research on how (ABL) activity based learning can improve students Learning. It is evident that activity-based learning has a profound impact on students' educational journey. Consequently,I have planned a diverse range of activities into each Student Learning Outcome (SLO) within the Lessons.



Also, I am pleased to inform you that the Sindh Teachers Education Development Authority (STEDA) recently hosted an event to acknowledge and commend the dedicated teachers who are making significant contributions to enhance the standards of education throughout Sindh. It is with great honor that they selected one of my class activity video "Learning about time"



The recognition I received as a new PST will undoubtedly enhance my motivation to work more efficiently and generate more ideas to enhance the quality of our students and schools. This recognition holds significant importance in my professional journey as it serves as a strong motivation for us to enhance my productivity. Lastly, I extend my gratitude to STEDA for acknowledging the tireless efforts of dedicated teachers and honoring them on such a grand scale.
