I, Waseem Ali, did my bachelor's in mechanical engineering from Mehran University of Engineering & Technology in 2019, after engineering I started my career as a home tutor after my graduation then I was appointed as a primary school teacher at Govt Boys Primary School Shahbaz colony K N Shah, that was a great feeling for me that I achieved a Nobel & divine profession, the biggest achievement and honor for me is that I appointed at that place where I studied my primary education & passes my golden time of childhood, the teachers who taught me, today I am their collegue that is a biggest pleasure for me.

Education is not always the easiest job, but the outcome of it is always beautiful. If I can inspire one student like some of my Master trainers have inspired me, then I have reached my goal to be a perfect educator. I did not lecture any class before my appointment, I taught many tuitions but I never taught several students in a shape of class, so after the appointment, I started my teaching career but I was not perfect because I couldn't change, I faced different challenges, then I met an educationist, in the shape of master trainer at Government Elementary College of Education (Women) Dadu, Sir Syed Mazhar Hussain Shah, who changed me from Engineer to the teacher, I learned a lot of from him and I shared different challenges during STEDA Initial professional development training of 24 days. The training helped me land these offers by preparing me both inside and outside of the classroom. I have adopted teaching skills, besides having a Mechanical Engineering Degree, Through classes, my master trainers shared their real-world experience and helped me get into schools early on to gain teaching practice. My training classes at Government Elementary College of Education (Women) Dadu gave me many experiences getting in front of a class of students to teach properly. I have far more confidence now than ever in my teaching career.

After training I tried to implement all activities in my school, and I succeeded. One of the biggest impacts that the School of Education had on me was the connection I was able to build with the faculty. The faculty I built the best connections with our HM Sir Haji Khan Chandio & team GBPS Shahbaz colony school, their leadership mentorship & encouragement stuck with me the most. We changed the shape of the school by changing different things of school like from a blackboard to a whiteboard, from a whole day to periods system, from a teacher-centered learning environment to a student-centered learning environment, from traditional learning to activity-based learning, & and implementing monthly, and quarterly assessment system and still, we are trying to do some best for our school and education system of Sindh.
