In the heart of Mukhtiar Nagar where educational opportunities were once scarce, a school emerged as a "beacon of hope".
This is the story of GGPS Mukhtiar Nagar, where the power of education,dedication and community support came together to transform the lives of young girls and rewrite the future of the village.
When I joined this School as first government employ(PST) in 2022 , the School was nothing more than a dream on paper. There was a heap of garbage at that place, the girls who enrolled there were temporary shifted at nearby boy's School.
As I took helm as HeadMistress I faced a daunting challenge. How could I provide quality of education to those eager minds when there was no School building. There were alot of issues in admininstration side too because this school was in closed schools before 2011, then it came under NCHD but there wasn't any fruitfull results.
In the darkest hours, my family supported me with unwavering determination and community spirit was also great at that time. We repaired school's collapsed building.
The journey was far from easy. The students who returned to School had fallen in their studies due to the disruptions. However with unyielding determination and the belief that education could change lives. I took first step. In amatter of months what was once shattered dream became a thriving reality.
GGPS Mukhtiar Nagar was reborn though the path was ardous and challenging,divine support and the unwavering dedication of mine and my colleague helped me to turn the school around.
I have worked on discipline, cleanliness, fair books, subject system, assembly conductions, presentations, assignments, lesson plans, enrollement, administration issues,national and international days, period system, PTMs, organizing events and other these type of things.
In the multigrade setup I recognized that each child is unique. I am dedicated to enhancing the learning capabilities of every student. It's a place where every child's potential is nurtured and dreams are encouraged.
Today GGPS Mukhtiar Nagar stands tall a testament to the power of education. It has become a symbol of hope,transformation and empowerment for the generations to come.
It's a reminder that teachers have power to make or break generation and I have choosen to make it.
Yesterday there was only one Iqra Ibrar to uplift the School ,Today there are 56 little twinkling stars in GGPS Mukhtiar Nagar who will write their futures. In Sha Allah!
