Sindh Teachers Education Development Authority (STEDA) organized an event to recognize and appreciate all those teachers who are putting efforts to uplift the quality and standard of education across the province. I’m sharing with immense pleasure that I was one of the nominees in the active teachers group, nominated for Appreciation certificate by assessing the teaching learning activities.



I was awarded with an Appreciation Certificate by honorable Minister Education Sindh Madam Ra’na Hussain Sahiba, in the event arranged at Mumtaz Mirza Auditorium Hall Hyderabad on 18th of September 2023. It was a high moment for me as a teacher when a video clip containing my classroom teaching learning activity was played in front of officers, teachers and specially the honourable Minister was herself present in the audience.



The way I was appreciated being a new teacher, will certainly boost my morale to work more effectively and come up with innovative ideas for improving quality in our institutions. This appreciation will play a role as catalyst for motivation of all the teachers who are working in their respective domain to bring a positive change, which is appreciated at a broader level. Lastly, I am highly thankful to the STEDA, School Education & Literacy Department (SE&LD) and Government of Sindh for such meritorious recruitment of teachers at a larger scale, It has provided a great opportunity to all the newly appointed teacher for serving the nation, whole heartedly.
